How to buy?

En Aloe Vera Beauty se realizan envíos a toda España.

Write in the search engine the product you want to buy or find it in the different categories of our online shop.

When you have found a product of your interest, select the desired quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can repeat the process with as many products as you like.

Once you have placed all the products in your basket, check the status of your basket. You can access your basket at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the page. Your basket will open. Here you can change the quantities ordered or delete products. Once everything is correct, click on "Finish Order".

If you already have an account with Aloe Vera Beauty, access it by entering your details. If not, create a new one.

Once you have entered your data, you will access the payment system, where you can choose between credit or debit card, bank transfer or PayPal, always in a totally secure way.

Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email, which summarises the details of your purchase.

Los pedidos se prepararán una vez se haya completado la compra. Cuando tengamos todos los productos preparados y embalados, se entregarán mediante el operador logístico NACEX.

What if I want to change my order?

If the modification is before the shipment by Aloeverabeauty, there will be no problem, please contact us via email or by calling 871 11 62 69 to manage the change.

If the modification is after we have made the shipment, you must follow the steps for changes or returns.

¿Qué condiciones de envió existen?

En Aloeverabeauty no existe un pedido mínimo, pero si existen ventajas al realizar pedidos a partir de cierta cantidad para así no pagar portes. Los dividimos de la siguiente manera:

Payment by credit card used in ALOEVERABEAUTY is made through the BBVA Bank's secure payment gateway.
With this payment method ALOEVERABEAUTY never collects or manipulates any customer data related to your card number. All data are processed directly by Banco BBVA, so that ALOEVERABEAUTY can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. The payment of your order is made directly with the bank, thus offering you maximum security.

Payment with any credit or debit card is accepted.

The system also supports the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) protocol. Therefore, your purchase is safer than if you used your card in a conventional commerce.

How can I exchange or return an order/product?

Please contact us by e-mail or by calling 871 11 62 69 to exchange or return the desired product or the entire order.

The deadline for making a return will be 15 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Those returns requested before shipping by Aloeverabeauty, will not have any cost for transport. If you request the return after we have made the shipment, the transport costs derived from the shipment will be paid by the customer.
